Lesson 2 gave basic directions on how to perform annual bridge surveys.
Lesson 3 describes reporting discrepancies found, either during dedicated bridge survey missions, or while performing other missions or personal activities.
Any bridge discrepancies not already reported should be submitted as soon as you observe them.
Serious discrepancies which present a hazard to navigation should be reported to your controlling authority and/or the local Aids to Navigation Team for your AOR immediately, via normal phone or VHF Marine channels.
